Hello, I have my mind made up I'm going to use one of the waveguide kits available from here, but would appreciate some advice and/or recommendations. I've considered the Fusion-8 MTM, using for LCR horizontally. That way all 3 speakers will be the exact height with the center of the waveguides being within 2"-3" of ear height in a "normal" listening position. I'm concerned about the odd response MTM's are notorious for, & also the fact that the EOS 8 is mounted vertically, which narrows it's off-axis response. Another option would be to go with a larger (SEOS 12) kit L/R & no center. I've read many people saying with waveguides the imaging is much better than with traditional speakers, & a center is not needed. Others still say for HT (top priority for this setup) a center is a must. So, I have a bit of a dilemma here... which is the lesser of the 2 evils? I didn't want to make this long-winded so I left out the room dimensions & other details. Please let me know if I need to add any info to help with a decision. Thanks!
