    Hey Dave, I got four of the speakers you advertised, but you shorted me one full kit. (less flatpack)

    Since our deal was five for $125, can you ship me the kit you promised, or at least refund me the cost of one kit, $25? I'm willing to work with you, but you can't just keep ignoring this.

    I'm sure you want your forum posting rep to stay good, but you didn't answer my email.
