Yeah that looks perfectly fine, though at the frequencies the woofer is playing being partially blocked by the frame will do very little anyway.

3" between the crossovers should be plenty of room, the only thing you don't want is to place them in some way where you end up lining up the axis or core of two of the inductors so they point directly through one another, 90 degrees or an offset of several inches among those that point the same direction is fine.

The crossover was split into two boards to allow greater flexibility in placement and potential future designs.

 

Thanks. I think one board will be horizontal and the other board will be vertical... and will be space a few inches apart. I've got crazy wire / even 10 gauge to try and separate, but i don't think any of these connections can handle even 12 gauge copper

Someone installed a Titan 818 kits in these flat packs, Sledge 3.0cuft sealed 15" subwoofer flat pack. He had to enlarge the subwoofer opening to 18", and said it sounded great listening to music.

How would installing a Titan 815 or 818 kit on one of these 3cuft sealed enclosures sound on a home theater system?

 

The Titan-815LX with 815 Standard 4.0 cu ft flat pack dimensions are perfect for my needs. I'll take three please.

 

As luck would have it, I was able to order three Titan-815LX kits with standard flat packs, and four HT-8 kits this morning.

 

It's finally time for me to purchase 3 Titans and the 815LX looks like just the right form factor. However, I would like to go with a sealed configuration to simplify integration with sealed subs.

What is the optimum sealed box volume for the Celestion custom surround TF1530E 15" woofer? Alternatively, are the TS parameters available for me to model my own enclosure?

Will the crossover require any modifications for a sealed configuration vs. the designed, ported alignment?

2 - 2.5cuft is the ideal sealed cabinet size for those.

No crossover modifications are needed.
